Scanned through and read the post on Robin Hood marketing. I really liked the 5 rules. And I can see where CR&D put what was gleaned there to immediate use. And as library staff often have multiple outlets, this is something I can carry away to use elsewhere. Way to go CR&D for serving internal and external customers. THANK YOU!!!
